We, the teaching and non- teaching staff of Penafrancia Elementary School Annex together with the General Parent Teachers Association would like to welcome all of you in our school whose policies cater the NO COLLECTION POLICY and whose  rooms are all conducive to learnings. You can experience the real ambiance of learning processes due to noiseless  environment.

     We are very aggressive to make the school improve academically, physically and globally competitive in all aspects of academe through the guidance of the agency, the Department of Education.

     We are now in the process of transforming the old curricula to  K to 12 wherein the learners are being introduced to dual categories, the skill and the theories.

     We are practicing the TEA  governance  for the real procurement of our budgets and resources.

     Lastly, we are developing learners who are value-laden and assets of the nation for better citizenry through the support of all stakeholders may it be LGUs and NGOs.
